Good Worker vs Good Manager

I got this through a discussion with someone...

In the short run:

Good Worker: If you leave the company, the company will go insane. It will take a little time for the operation to get back to normal
Good Manager: If you leave the company, the working process will remain and everything will still be normal.

What do you guys think, who's the more important guy to the company?
